Rubber impact surfaces can also be used for specific sports places such as long jump landing pits. The standard colours are black, red and green. The products are certified for the fall of a child from 1.1 m – 2.8 m depending on the plate thickness, and cleared by the Chief Medical Officer of the Czech Republic by Decision Ref. No. HEM – 3214 – 28. 5. – 7963/96. The products were certified for fall safety (determining the critical fall height HIC according to ČSN EN 1177) at the Test Centre of ITC, a.s. in Zlín. The mats can be placed to gravel or sand surfaces. The warranty period is 24 months, if pavement placing conditions are met.
